Somewhat quiet, but upbeat and hard working, and while a little naive with certain things and experiences, Lionel is friendly. While he can usually accept aid and take critiques from others gracefully, when worked up or stressed he isn't immune to being cranky and may snap at someone unintentionally. In his eagerness to learn more about his element, he may try to push himself too hard, or hole himself away to try and learn on his own.

Ever since he was little, Lionel envied the Royal Mawmaws, mainly for their ability to fly when he can not, as he wants to be able to fly himself. He has made it his life's goal to find a teacher/mentor to learn from, to master his element so that one day he too might fly. Until then, he will practice every day, the sight of the winged royals keeping him focused and inspired.

Fun Facts: 

- His body type/looks were somewhat based/inspired by lion dogs with a mix of dragon.
