PERSONALITY

Kura often has mercy on troubled souls and has pity on those in pain. She acts as a friend to hold a hand when those she banishes pass over to Atrusix. With living beings, she is always there to comfort anyone. She never raises her voice; she's rather lazy and easy-going, making others unsuspecting of her violent life. Her work is a closely guarded secret, only telling her closest of friends. Being rather appreciative of what she has, she sees the mortal world as even more beautiful each time she visits; it upsets her most to see others not appreciate their lives and the world around them so she tries to encourage others to make the most of their lives.

Her 'weak' nature means she struggles to bring herself to banish souls, spending her time in the mortal world avoiding those she needs to kill. Working with souls who can uncommonly be aggressive, even deadly, makes her quick to defend herself in a tense situation; shouting at her will likely cause a physical fight. Time spent alone makes her nervous, she'll count down the days until her monthly return to Atrusix and worries about the overlord taking away her freedom because of her 'pathetic' weakness; she can often be found anxiously fiddling with anything to take her mind off of her nervous thoughts. She dwells on the past and sometimes she wishes she just accepted her fate.

ABILITIES

Before her death, there was nothing out of the ordinary about her other than the fact that she studied witchcraft. But now Kura can travel between Atrusix and the mortal world, which is incredibly rare. She was also granted the power to control storms to protect her from harm so she can return in time and safely. On her own, she can summon nothing stronger than a tornado; but if needed, she can borrow power from the overlord of Atrusix, giving her almost unlimited power. This extreme is used when there is an out of control plague of corrupted souls that need to be banished to Atrusix.

OCCUPATION

Kura is a guardian of Atrusix, the home of banished souls. When new souls that find their own way to Atrusix, she will take them across the border between realms. Sometimes she is sent to banish souls herself, as the overlord of Atrusix feeds on the corruption but it can only be created through fissures in the mortal realm, where the dragon is unable to travel to.

HOME

Atrusix is her home now, as she herself was banished. Unable to deal with her death, she made a deal with the overlord so she could move between the mortal realm and Atrusix. In return, she promised to protect Atrusix and guide new souls; Kura is also limited to one month at a time in the mortal world.

The overlord of Atrusix. After Kura died from corruption, her soul was harvested from another guardian. Unable to come to terms with her death, Kura begged Nekros to be given a second chance. Kura hates working for Nekros and that she, like others, was given a twist to their deal. However, she is thankful for her second chance. Kura tries to avoid Nekros, spending as much time as possible in the mortal realm and the outskirts of Atrusix, since she knows the dragon disapproves of her merciful soul.
