She can physically manifest anything she imagines. The affects of her Quirk last for as long as she is thinking about it

Quirk details:

As she gets older she's able to create things more easily and vividly, so she can go from materializing things she imagines, to later being able to affect inanimate real world things, like being able to make one of her stuffed animals come to life, and then affect people by changing their appearances. Her only quirk limitations is that she can't make things that the human mind can't comprehend.

Her creations also can't override someone else's mind, however, meaning that she can't make people do things just by imagining them doing something, and that the things she creates cease to exist/go back to normal when she stops thinking about it.

She was born with her quirk
