Iocaste

Though Amalthea is the High Cleric and chosen of the sunshards, the moonshards have their own champion: Iocaste, the Lunar Luxe. Their duties are virtually identical: commune with the shards to receive visions, send Sarens citizens out on holy missions if needed, and occasionally guide newer Clerisy members as they induce their first visions. The only difference is that Iocaste is nocturnal, awakening at dusk and managing the palace during the night.

She seems distant and dreamy, always lost in her own thoughts and snippets of visions. Her affection for Amalthea holds strong, despite the two seeing little of each other, and she always speaks highly of her - almost lovingly. One could call her 'wistful', staring off over the great oceans at night in silence, alone in her mind.
