Snap's Ownership

Hi! I'm Liliari (@soliliari on Instagram). By purchasing or owning characters I have designed, you agree to follow my Terms of Service (TOS).

A. Authorship

1. My designs and artwork are my intellectual property. I retain the right to use the art I create to promote commissions as examples, to post them on my social media accounts, and to use them for other related purposes.

2. . Do not claim my design as your own. You own the character, but you are not the creator of the design or the original art.

3. Do not crop out, erase, or otherwise obscure my signature or watermark.

4. I will create the initial Toyhou.se profile and transfer ownership to the new owner. If I am not the first user listed in the Ownership tab, reach out to me about the authenticity of the design.

5. If you see designs that are said to be by me but sold by someone else, it is your responsibility to check that the character has a Toyhou.se profile with proper credits before buying. 

B. Payment

1. I accept the following methods of payment: Ko-Fi, Paypal, and CashApp.

2. I do not accept payment plans under $100. Payment plans must be conveyed in writing and must be adhered to.

3. The character must be paid in full before the new owner is transferred the Toyhou.se profile and is allowed to use the character.

4. Payments toward completed designs are non-refundable. If I am chargebacked or in any do not receive the full amount I am owed, I am allowed to resell the design and blacklist you.

5. Do not bid or claim a design if you do not have the funds. Timeframes will be given for when payment is due/when auctions close in each individual post.

C. Transferring Ownership

1. Do not sell a design for more than it was acquired for without extra art or writing. The added art/story must be commissioned from someone else or quality art by you. For example, "messy uncolored sketch = $50" is an unacceptable valuation.

2. You must transfer the original Toyhou.se profile of the character. You are not allowed to make separate profiles for one design for any reason. Co-owning is allowed, but there must only be one profile.

3. By trading for or purchasing one of my designs second-hand (not directly from me), the new owner agrees to my TOS.

4. Trading my designs for designs of different value does not alter the value of either character. For example, trading Character A (worth $50) for Character B (worth $10) does not make Character A worth $10 or Character B worth $50.

D. Design Ownership Guidelines

1. Credit me as the designer when using the design for the first time. You may do this by linking the TH page or mentioning my TH/Instagram username.

2.  Do not heavily reference my designs for other characters you intend to profit on. You may color pick or practice patterns based on my designs, but do not sell or trade those designs for personal gain.

3. Minor changes in the design (color changes or small pattern adjustments) are allowed. You may edit my artwork; however, you must keep the original design's artwork on the Toyhou.se profile.

4. I have no problem with my designs being genderbent or given identities that I did not assign them in the design. Once you own the design, you're free to express yourself or express whatever persona you'd like with the character. 

E. Miscellaneous

1. If you are rude to me in DMs or otherwise degrade my person, art, or name, I have the right to blacklist you and create an awareness post on social media.

2. Users will receive one warning before being blacklisted.

3. Blacklisted users are not allowed to own, purchase, or trade for my designs. Anyone caught

4. It is the responsibility of the buyer to read my TOS fully.

Please adhere to my terms. Most of them are basic decency: pay me for my art, don't scam with my art, don't be mean to me or my art, etc. If you have any questions about my designs/art or any of the terms here, please contact me via DM here or on Instagram.
