Oliver Zanithar Long

Born to the Zanithar Royal Family, Oliver enjoyed a comfortable childhood for seven years. Within these formative years his uncle, and Royal Mage, tutored him in learning of history, crafts and Myth Young Oliver had a fascination with the poetry which made up most of these stories but had little care or even understanding of the politics, he simply didn’t have the mind for it.

 At the age of seven his sister Chloe was born, however merely days after her birth in their palace, his mother was killed and he was forced to escape with his sister. His father had survived and took both of the siblings to refuge in an ally kingdom.

 In the many years after the loss of his mother, he took the role of the caretaker for his sister. His father used his training in Smithing to work as they lived like peasants. With a loyal soldier of His Father's, Oliver took up the sword at the age of 8, learning to be a fighter training each day between helping his father and taking care of his sister. He few many friends at this young age, and he had a strong instinct to protect his friends. With his youth, he was brash and went headfirst into fights not thinking about the consequences.

When he reached the age of 18, he left his home and sister behind to search for his own identity, he went east to Find adventure and purpose. Where he met the knights of the order of delmelig, and joined with them in arms. He showed great skill with not only the blade but his movements, yet his brash attitude of getting into fights he might not be able to win hadn’t changed.  

After years of training with the Delmelig Oliver had become a Knight of true standing. He had a keen mind, he had read much about people and monsters as he trained under the delmelig. He was sent to retrieve a magical item from the clutches of a dragon. After this quest, he returned home to work as a smith with his father.
