Gloria is the twin older sister of Andriel.
When they were infants, their parents who lived in poverty sold them off due to their incredibly rare wings. They became sold off to 'collectors' who collect rare winged sanclis to keep as furniture and show off their wealth. As they grew older, their caretaker would start to develope an interest in Gloria. At around the time she was maturing into a teen, things turned to the worse and the caretaker would make his move. In an attempt to protect herself, she grabs the closest piece of rock in her cell and stab him in the eye with it. This event is what triggered Andriel's powers to fully awaken where he would 'see' his sister's danger through clairvoyance. With full force, Andriel flies to Gloria and barages at the caretaker. With his mind clouded by fury, he doesn't come out unscathed as he gets caught offguard and his ankle wing becomes torn off by the caretaker's last breath. It was that day where Gloria and Andriel would run away from the collectors hands.
Since then, Gloria vowed to take care of Andriel as his older sister and protect him the way he protected her that night.

Gloria is strict to those around her and even more strict to herself. She is as disciplined as they get and it is just that trait that rose her to the ranks of Head of the Grounded Relations Department. She is a woman of a few words but each word would be carefully chosen and have weight to them. While this may make her appear cold to those who don not know her well, she cares deeply for the sanclis around her. Especially Andriel who is constantly on her mind as a topic of worry.
