I don't give refunds after the purchase, so be sure before offering anything!
Reselling
- Characters obtained through OC trade/free events have a base value of $0;
- Do not resell it for more than you’ve paid for unless more art is added;
- Do not make a very similar design and sell the old one;
- Please, do not sell my designs for people listed on my blocklist;
- I’d appreciate it if you warned me when you trade a character for someone outside ToyHouse!
Character usage
- All I ask is that you don't use it to spread any kind of hate;
- Co-owning the character is fine!
Redesign
- When getting one of my designs, feel free to change it however you want. I really don't mind about redesigns (heavy redesigns are ok too), changing species, changing gender, etc;
- When redesigning, please keep me as the character creator! Feel free to credit yourself/the other artist as the designer, BUT PLEASE, don't submit a new character profile just to take off my creator credits. If you want me to add your TOS on the character's ownership just DM me about it and I'll add it right away. If the character is so different at the point they don't even look the same so you think it's better to make a new character profile, DM me so we can discuss it.
Other
- I'd appreciate a lot if you don't remove the character from ToyHouse!
- Do NOT use my art/characters for anything AI or NFT related. You'll be added to my blocklist and stay on it forever.
