       Wizzy grew up in a small town with few residents. He spent most of his free time watching his father who was a butcher. His father wanted Wizzy to be a butcher. Wizzy was only interested in hanging out by the lake near their house. He went fishing and studied the wildlife there. When Wizzy entered high school he joined a fishing club. He became obsessed with fish. His parents bought him a fishing rod and a tackle box. Wizzy was very excited about his new hobby. He even caught a sunfish and kept it as a pet. 

     After graduating, Wizzy left his small town to live in a large coastal city. He started working for a seafood restaurant and caught fresh fish for them. After working there for some time, Wizzy earned enough money to buy himself a log cabin near a lake. He settled into his cabin and then worked harder. He saved his money until he could build a small research facility next to his cabin. He uses this to study the aquatic life around where he lives. 

     Wizzy continues to study aquatic wildlife and sell his amazing catches. If you spot him around the coast, he might try to persuade you to buy his fish or listen to his stories.

I like the idea of Wizzy being weirdly like a kappa in the way that he's the type to pester people, but said people can easily fend him off by just giving him some cucumbers to munch on?   But, they're usually stolen by seagulls, anyway. More reason to hate them.
