Originally commissioned for a haunted house attraction.
Business fell on hard times and eventually went under. When the park closed he was abandoned along with it.
Being thrown aside has left him with a good deal of resentment towards humans.
Now he spends his days scaring off would-be urban explorers that trespass into the park or the woods around it.
He has become sort of an urban legend for the area.
