Ice cream angel is superficial, egocentric and a narcissist, but she is good at her job which grant her a very high up position, which she obviously and shamelessly exploits to hang out with sorbet and punishes those below her, hot bitch summer basically.

If u wanna know their dynamic, imagine u have a old coworker who gives you more work than you can do and makes fun of you while they suck it up to the boss (sorbet) AND your high school bully who is hotter than you and also makes fun of you (ice cream). now, imagine they are best friends. terrific.
They met in the human realm, their respective sides had sent them to the same mission (watch over lower angels/demons in the human realm) turns out! they have things in common, together they judge people clothes, laugh at people dying, go clubing, and lazy around, they where together during the muted jersey accident (check the "muted jersey verse" for more info) sadly not in the area but they where the ones to punish mongy with her eternal suffering there.
Angie? ah, yes. She is a skilled worker with such delightful personality, i wish hell started hiring like heaven, heh.
Sorbet is a dedicated worker, high ranking for sucking it up to- i mean, for his extensive work and supervising of lower demons. A passive agressive personality, big ego and his fancy for punishing lower workers has make him kinda famous among the others.
