$15's Ownership

By acquiring anything from me, you are agreeing to these terms of service.

Failure on meeting these rules might result in a permanent blacklist along with a block.

Owner is ALLOWED to:

• You are allowed to change the designs name, age, gender, colors, accessories, species as so on, but please don't make them unrecognizable to their original design.
• You are allowed to use the design for personal AND commercial use.
• Make nsfw art.
• Edit the art for the design, but still credit me as the original artist (you can add that edits were made by you).
• Resell for the original worth + additional art.
• Allowed to resell them even if you got them in a trade (but not for more than they're worth).

Owner is NOT ALLOWED to:

• Claim the design as your own.
• Resell for more unless it has additional art (art by you is counted, but please price it fairly, such as not a 5 min doodle as a 100$ piece).
• Resell the design if it was a gift/trade with 0$ start value.
• Inflate the ocs worth when trading (if you trade my design away for 100$, and your new oc is worth 20$, this does NOT make your new 20$ oc worth 100$ and vise versa.
• You are NOT allowed to inflate the price via auction.
• Add your own design T.O.S to my T.O.S, my designs follow my T.O.S only.
• Do NOT claim my designs / art as your own, if you repost them anywhere other then toyhouse, credit to me is required! (If I used a base that is not my own, credit to that party is required as well.
• YOU MUST HAVE A TOYHOUSE to own my designs! If you do not, I can provide you with a code!
• If you own any of my designs DO NOT delete the original toyhouse profile. You can private it, edit it and do whatever you want with it.
• My designs are not to be sold with any crypto currency or/and a non fungiable token (NTF), this includes amino coins, DA points or any other for of online currency.
