Mai's close childhood friend. He is often mistaken for a girl but he doesn't mind, 

He disappeared when they were young and actually started living on earth. He is able to hide his wings like Mai does but uses them to help others. (This is of course done in secret, so the humans don't know about the angels). He's known as the "kind brother" by children and often boasts about it.

He has a crush on Mai, and tries to hide it because he doesn't have enough courage to tell her. But Mai already has a hunch about it being with him for so long.

He begins as a traveler who wanders from village to village but eventually goes to where Mai and Safu are and stays with them.
