being a historian, payam has explored the entirety of the yoro islands and came across the dragons. they offered them that it will have eternal life to continue to learn and teach, only if it swore to keep the dragons' existence a secret. payam almost instantly accepted, and has been working on keeping the dragons' existence secret ever since.

extremely secretive with the information it provides; going as far as to lie to their cousin about the concept of time to keep their true ages secret from any that may suspect them of using magic to do with the yoro islands

payam comes from an ancient civilisation of royals that have died long ago, however it carries the ancient family name to keep its legacy alive.
