prompts/notes:

• a minor time deity -- he lives in a pocket dimension and generally watches over a number of timelines over a certain area
• if he's out of his pocket dimension and wandering through timelines, he can control the timestream in a small area -- stopping time, turning it back, or moving it forward
• he is immortal, but far from invincible. still, he does have quite a lot of resilience and power. certainly a normal human being would not stand a chance against him.
• has a large, draconic form that he almost never uses unless if the situation is dire (or extremely sacred in a way? hm.)
