Design Terms of Use
By purchasing/obtaining a character design by me, you agree to follow my terms of service. Failure to obide by my terms will result in either a warning or a blacklist.
• Do not sell my designs for a price over what you bought them for unless there is extra art. This includes your own art and commissioned art. Just be reasonable when adding your own art to the worth. (i.e. depending on your personal commission prices)
• Do not heavily redesign my designs without permission. Please PM me beforehand. I also ask that if a design is dark skinned, you do not lighten their skin, if a design has top surgery scars, you do not turn them cis, etc.
• Do not claim my designs as your own.
• Do not remove my designs from toyhou.se
• I do not tolerate use of my designs in hateful, illegal, & distasteful content. (racism, transphobia, etc.)
