Rag is a cunning and creative man. He knows he's very smart and gloats about it in an almost pretentious way, being very cocky. His ego is quite inflated, but he has a short temper (he does not like being made fun for his height)
However, he tones down his behavior when he's around people he's close with. He actually cares about them so much that he would constantly creates inventions for them to help them out.
