Kier resents Tui for violating the energy cycle and is of the opinion that she has brought her current plight upon herself. Though she will not personally go out of his way to stop Tui, they will not hesitate to lend aid to anyone attempting to hinder Tui, provided they make a decent case.

Though his domain is related to TAG's, it is a smaller, fierier, and wilder subset, connected more specifically with the denouement of a natural disaster.
