Trivia

- At the darkest of hours, Yukina would sneak out with her trusty guardsmen, Katharos, accompanying her by her side. It isn't of anything devious of the sort. Far from it! Mainly speaking, she sneaks away to head towards the Valley of Frostfever lake. There she would use her icicle skills to create a sort of ice skates for herself and begin skating onto the frozen lake.

- Yukina is not a capable swimmer. Hence when she chooses to ice skate at Frostfever lake, she would need someone to be there with here. In case the lake ice decides to collapse beneath her.

- While Yukina does enjoy a good laugh, here or there, she doesn't particularly take things lightly when the topic of the joke relates to either death or war. She finds it as no laughing matter and how it shouldn't be taken as something for someone to chuckle about. That is something she takes very seriously and is willing to shut down that sort of joke in a millisecond.

- During her free time, Yukina would often spend it either communicating with her citizens or visiting one of the neighboring kingdoms, just to bond with the royalties. A majority of time, she either visit Gliolulas or Slearivia! There is Nirithas, however she doesn't quite particularly like Yin with her choice of ruling. Especially considering that sometimes Yukina would take her children along with her. Would rather avoid setting a bad example for them.

- Although while she doesn't mind receiving hugs, Yukina often caution the hugger. Moreso about her body temperature, as it is low to the point that the hugger would feel a sort of harsh freezing effect. Potentially might even freezing them. If the hugger in question is already an Ice type, then normally they would have no probably granting a kind gesture to Yukina.

- There was once a time Yukina was in complete distressed over not having a heir to her throne. She had no romantic interest towards those of the opposite sex, which leads to her being unable to become pregnant. She is rather firm of her orientation, as Yukina's heart has long been dead set for those of a similar gender.
Well... She was able to finally manage an idea. One that would wash away her worries. And that plan would be... Adoption! One that was so clear and obvious. Although, she had to travel rather far from her land to be able to proceed with such an idea. Temporarily, she had to assign Eos her position while she was away for the trip. To lessen any woes for her absence.
Zethes had been the one to suggest Yukina of a particular adoption center. One that doesn't wield as heavy of a requirement to receive a child. Upon her moments from within the center, she originally had already set on and chosen a Ribombee named Tempete ( Noted to have evolved rather early for her age ). However, came Nieve being spotted at the corner of her eye. Taking full notice that the Alolan Vulvee had a curled demeanor. The fur on his body was all rugged, as he was terribly attempted to hide away a fall of tears coming from his eyes. Yukina decided upon herself to gather the knowledge from a worker about this particular child. From what she had managed to receive, Nieve had been brought back from yet another family. Noting that he is a rather a bit of a difficult child to handle. Even adding on as to why he seemed alone, noting the fact that most children within the facility hold no interest of befriending him. Often sighting that he can be a little too much to deal through, such as hyperactivity and possessiveness.
While Yukina initial plan was to only adopt once child, she had decided upon herself to take Nieve as another to raise. Even when warned about his difficulty, she was still willing to accept him as her own. As she had hoped to grant this youngling a better chance at life. Although, during the proceedings and informing him that he was being adopted, Nieve quiet appear to be quite joyous about it. Truthfully stating that she'll just be another "family" that'll just abandon him like the rest. While dishearten by his words, Yukina is willing to do whatever it takes to change his attitude and grant him the hope he needed to see that he will be loved, no matter what. That she and Tempete will be his forever family.

- While there has been a few close calls of Yukina getting attacked by the Xioccerune hunters, while was more than able to handle the situation herself. However... Because the information of her attackers became well-known to the citizens of her kingdom, many are heavily worried for their queen's safety. Despite Yukina doing her best to ensure her people that she is fine, many have planted doubts and wanted her to have some form of extra precaution. It being for the sake of her safety. So while Yukina isn't the most keen of this decision, she now has a couple of guards that keep close watch of her 24/7. So while she does disagree with her citizens and have proven herself to be more than capable of protecting herself, she would rather put their minds at ease than to stress her people out some more.

- Yukina holds no interest of adorning a crown above her head. Her people is already well aware of who she is. Not only that, but she wants to ensure that neither of her children wears a crown. Both Nieve and Tempete are not as well known to those outside of her kingdom. This includes the kingdom of Xioccerune. Hence Yukina takes advantage of this, as the outside lack of knowledge of these two helps keep them safe.

- She is capable of storing her own electricity within her ice. The only use she has to this is to emit some form of light.

- Despite living in a wintery land throughout the entirety of her life span, she doesn't have much issue adjusting to warmer climate but only for a good amount of duration. Not recommend for living in a warm area, but is able to handle just simple visits.

- While Yukina is close with the people around her, she refuse to create any sort of long lasting friendships. Her reason being is that she had lost someone whom she held dearly. A life that was taken away by a member of the Xioccerune kingdom. This was something that she was very well-aware of, due to the fact that Yukina herself was there when it happened. While not her brightest of moments, this had became the first instance in a very long time where she became deeply enraged. Her mind was dead set on ceasing the killer's existence by her own paws. So... It did indeed reach to the point that her coat was stained red by the murderer's own blood...
But despite ending one's life, it didn't brought back her decease friend. All it did was brought knowledge... Knowledge that, any who is closest to her, will become targeted. Something that Yukina doesn't want to have happen, as she doesn't want anyone else be at risk by simply just being her friend. So, while this is something she does not want, Yukina had decided upon herself to not create anymore friends. At least, for the time being... Not until Xioccerune cease their misdeeds toward both hers and the other kingdoms.

- Something that the Pokémon in her castle won't admit to is how loud of a snoozer she can be! This is something herself she doesn't know about and if often perplexed as to why her children doesn't want to sleep in the same area as her at nights.

- Holds a possession of expensive jewels within a locked, metallic box that has been passed down within her family for generations. While it is usually given to the oldest of the family, Yukina have planned to split the assets to pass down to both Tempete and Nieve. As she rather grant equal share to the next generation, rather than a singular one. She had never been particular with this idea of granting the heirlooms to the oldest child. Especially since it had caused her younger sister to spite her for having to keep the jewels for herself ( Not even budging when Yukina offered to split ).

- Whenever an outsider visits her kingdom and happens to be of Legendary origin, Yukina would kindly offer them to live within the kingdom of Θtheria. Often sighting that it is the safest for their kind, as she doesn't wish for them to be captured or lure into Xioccerune grimy hands. Since legendary species are well-sought out to be in their ranks, simply to cause havoc and war against other kingdoms. While Θtheria, on the other hand, offers peace and serenity. Something that Yukina is all for!
Unfortunately the only legendary that she couldn't convince to live there is Khione, the Victini. She often worries for her, considering the fact that Khione will become the prime target sooner or later, once their origin becomes known.
