Choyka

Sort of a necromancer, she can use dead bodies and breathe life into them. Unfortunately, she wasn't born in the place where this kind of magic is more common. Thus, she was feared for most of her life, and treated rather harshly - locked away a lot. Choyka eventually started working on a humanoid being to revive, hoping to make an escape with its help. It worked, at a cost. At present, she resides in a country that takes to her kind more. Yet she can't help but feel bad about messing up her first Jiangshi as hard as she did, considering how much others look down on him.

Choyka is generally confident in her abilities - or was, until one day, she could not fix Shireo, her favorite, after a vicious fight. Unaware that this was even possible- she had her magic after all - Choyka frantically tried to resurrect him, days and nights straight.
To no avail. She will never give up her research to bring him back. And until then, she wil never create another Jiangshi.
