Cece is a tiefling rogue who is part of a cyclical conflict between Light and Darkness. She is this generation's Child of Darkness. One problem- she's in love with the person she's supposed to battle for the fate of the world.
Cece started as an obsessive killer who was openly hostile to anyone that may possibly threaten her relationship with Thad, which was everyone. She has developed the ability to form more reasonable relationships since meeting Thad, realizing that she is not inherently and irredeemably a bad person. This makes her unpopular with many of the people around her, who want her to follow orders and kill lots of people.

Thaddeus: Her recent boyfriend. He is everything good in the world, but... She definitely makes him a worse person. She knows that, everyone knows that.
Baelfire: Her ex. They have a... complicated history. She tried to kill him, decided not to kill him, accidentally killed him, and then brought him back to life. She doesn't love him and also doesn't hate him. He loves her and also hates her. ...They have fun.
Phoebus: Her moral sounding board. She and Phoebus started out on rough terms- however, Phoebus has acknowledged her attempts to be less terrible and she is relying on him to help keep Thad from falling to her level.
Visitor-3: Her #1 enemy. Visitor die challenge. Visitor reflects Cece's obsessive views on relationships, and she hates that so much.
