Charmy has soft fur, with bright reflections of color in her eyes. She is the one of tallest resident of Stardawn, towering over most of her friends and neighbors. Only the kind dragon, Willow Cross, outdoes her in size. A calm, but happy girl, she often spends her time at her house beside the waterfall, where she makes paint from colors that reflect in the water and tames rainbows. She is most content when alone, painting or watching the clouds from a comfy spot in her yard. She is shy and struggles with meeting new people. Her ability to control the rain and clouds earn her an easy life in stardawn, able to bring rain to the gardens daily. To those without gardens that benefit from the rain, she uses her paint, and artwork as currency for trading. Bartering for clothes and things for her tree house home.
