- Design edits are completely fine, as well as simplifying. Creating alt forms for any reason is also okay.
- NSFW of feral & feral pokemon designs is prohibited. NSFW of anthro/human designs is permitted, but do not use any of my designs for offensive content (ie. hate speech), "cub" art, incest, fetishization of abuse, etc. I retain full right to blacklist in this case.
- Please do not purchase my designs exclusively to resell. You are allowed to mark up higher than the original cost of the design if there is extra art when reselling (You do not have to have paid for the art - you're free to mark up for your own/trade art/gifts).
- Please credit me where appropriate! Wherever you host the ref sheet should link directly back to my toyhou.se, such as here/refsheet.net/sta.sh/forums. While you dont need to credit me ON ref sheets, it's heavily appreciated! You dont need to credit me when youre just drawing the character.
- Do not use my designs for commercial reasons without approval. You're free to inquire about this if you want, just shoot me a PM. Using my designs in non-monetized personal projects such as games, comics, etc. is completely fine, but you must credit me as a designer for those characters somewhere. You are also fine to use my designs in games where paying for it is optional. If the project is paywalled, please contact me first. Creating small-scale merch of designs i make must also be ran past me first. If you're confused, you're welcome to PM me!
- For your own sake, please contact me if you plan to remove a character from toyhou.se, so i can log information of the purchase. If i dont have a record of the character being sold, i might struggle to verify the owner in the case of theft :[
- In general, PMs are always open for inquires about my T.O.S. If anything is unclear, or you'd like to run something past me, please feel free to PM me! Im always open. If you can not reach me through toyhou.se, you can PM through other socials... Toyhou.se is preferable, though.
