Years spent out on the sea have molded Briney into an enigmatic character who loves to share his stories and all of the things a life on the ocean has taught him. Though he is now enjoying a more peaceful retirement, the spirit of adventure still very much exists inside of him. He's incredibly approachable and easy to talk to. He still spends most of his time on his boat, the Voyager. He'll happily take on passengers free of charge if he thinks their reasons could lead to adventure. He's hard to startle and will never admit when he is afraid. He's also incredibly protective of his things.
