Cher is Vance's energetic little sister, and is considered to be Describe the Ruckus's biggest fan! They tags along to a lot of their rehearsals and sometimes brings her friends along.

- Creates handmade band merch and wears it to rehearsals

— Description:
The biggest Describe the Ruckus fan of all time; Cher loves and adores her sibling's band. They spread word about the band at her school, and have even gotten her friends to become avid fans of the bad - not bigger fans than her of course. Cher and their friends love to make merch for the band with their (subpar) arts and crafts skills. No matter the skill level, the band members appreciate the (adorable) support all the same.

Cher is a big fan of video games and even started a club dedicated to video games at her school. She considers herself a huge nerd and wears that label with pride. They are completely unbothered by the fact that people make fun of the, however it is not a sentiment that they share with Vance (Cher's influence is the only reason why Vance hasn't punched a 13 year old bully... yet.) They love being unapologetically themselves, and isn't afraid to advocate what she stands for.
