DESIGN TERMS OF SERVICE (applies to all of my designs)

Updated 5/07/2024 - Removed some obsolete rules.

• Changes made to any of my designs are okay, permission is not needed.
• You can make Closed Species versions of my design, as long as the creator is not blacklisted.
  • Asking for permission is appreciated, but not required.
  • If you wish to void any of my designs from any species, please ask.
  • Certain Tomoyoki designs of mine cannot be voided from the species, but I am willing to discuss voiding depending.
• Characters can be sold based on art and value (e.g.: what you paid for it) but do not overprice it.
  • To clarify, art that is commissioned or that you have created can count towards the characters worth. Art received via trade, gift, or as payment, does not count towards character value.
  • Characters obtained by trading or gifting can be gifted or traded permitting, but cannot be sold unless additional value is added.
    • Designs that are obtained by trading or gifting cannot be vouchered as this is a work around no selling without additional value.
• My designs are base line not made for commercial use.
  • If you wish to utilize my designs for commercial usage, please contact me for commercial usage pricing.
• Designs that are traded for a character of higher value does not apply to the worth or value of the design traded for.
• Gifted designs are not eligible to be sold for any price (Unless you have drawn art or commissioned art, original price cannot be included in resale value).
• Once you receive a design, it is yours, previous owners CANNOT retain additional rights with a design (Such as preventing you from trading, reselling, etc... OR needing to ask for approval to trade, resell, etc.) - This is regardless of obtainment, such as resell, trade, or gift.
• You may not edit my art for any reasons.
  • This is waived with prior, explicit, permission.
• You may change the gender of my designs, even if trans, to other identities or genders.
  • Waived if otherwise stated (will be DIRECTLY stated)
• I do not allow the white-washing or the lightening of skin tones on my designs.
• Designs edited to portray offensive material (e.g.: nazism, pedophilia, etc...); will result in a public blacklisting. 
  • I am fine with darker subjects and tones, as long as the character is properly filtered and mature locked, and is not shown to minors, and also does not romanticize the subjects at hand. Be normal.

BLACKLIST

Do not sell/trade/gift my designs to anyone on this list for any reason, doing so will result in a blacklist.
