So  a few thoughts how it might happen. I kept imagining it while drawing,  so why not share. Of course it's not obligatory for future adopt owner

LuDi  is sort of "Child of Evil Conspiracy and Consent". As former villains  Luna and Discord have much in common, also a lot of common anger on  Celestia, so they agreed to raise a strong evil child which become  stronger than Celestia and cause her much trouble.

But despite of  villain appearance LuDi growed up as kindest and softest creature in  Equestria. She always try to get well with others, she's helping and  generous... well, may be one goal her parents completed after all - she  is so good that make Celestia jealous sometimes ^^
