story
Mal is the product of a machine that was supposed to allow travel to alternate realities (think "Into the Spiderverse"). instead, the multiple versions of a person were horribly mashed together to create... him. he doesn't have any memories, since this version of himself didn't previously exist, nor does he have any intent or will to revert back to whoever he was, although the scientists and researchers working on the project (and observing him) think that there might be some messed up bits of him left over...
For now, he lives in the lab, running tasks and keeping watch. He does have a tendency to exert some sort of magical energy, though.
design notes
- no need to stick to his colour palette super specifically
- he can't close his right (our left) eye at all
- the stitched bits are a redder colour than his skin, which is fairly gray in tone
- he doesn't have an ear on his right side (our left), but his left ear is ram-like
- he's missing a tooth
