PLACE IN THE STORY: The meek twin brother to Mabel who loves animals and has a pet raccoon named Citrus. He had been Lee's bestfriend for an unknown number of years, and has decided to come with Mabel and Lee to the Central Linnaea Tour. When they were just beginning their tour around PYROX, the second batch of tourists arrived... And the driver, Maddie, crashed into PYROX's gate! The resulting impact made Teddy, who was last to get his ticket stamped, to faint hilariously. After calling the ER, Teddy came to mid-conversation, with Maddie being sentenced to community service - Mabel and Lee offered to help her with fees, but Teddy chimed in and offered to buy everybody dinner. Later, Abby, among the second batch of tourists, invited him for a playdate with Citrus to which he agreed - and so, a new friendship begins...!
