✧All sales are for personal, non-commercial use.

✧I, TaiyaChan, retain the rights to my artwork.

✧No tracing, modifying, editing, drawing over, stealing, heavy reference my art and/or designs. Do not claim you made it. Do not remove/erease my watermark(s).

✧I do allow very SMALL modifications, for example: cropping & resize(ex. when using as pfp and it crops itself), adding extra watermarks(ex. TH watermark), sligth instagram-style filters and/or borders...

✧No refunds of any kind.

✧No textless versions of pixels. You can always ask for re-texts later. (with fees)

✧Please give me credit of the design and art ! ❤️

✧Co-Owning any of my art is not allowed~

✧Reselling and trading is only allowed in my discord server, where full resell/trading ToS and rules are listed. DM me if you need an invite.

✧Resell can only be for LOWER than my original price, and if bought as resell, only for LOWER than you paid. If received as trade/gift cannot resell unles you have paid for additional art, then you can resell only for the worth you have actually paid for yourself.

✧I only allow trades for already-drawn art/OCs/adopts/designs.

✧I dont allow trading for MYO Slots, tickets, vouchering, discounts, favors, or anything that is not (or does not include) an already made and existing piece of artwork/drawn reference, because of bad past experienves.

✧Gifting is okay, but I must be contacted first.

✧Using for Vtuber design, imvu badges, merch, advertising, branding, or any other commercial/for profit purpose is NOT allowed.

✧If rules are broken/not followed, you will be blacklisted and banned from my server and from receiving future art/designs by me. If very severe cases, I will revoke the art/design too and/or ask you to resell/trade it to someone else with my permission (So you are not left without anything at all)
