Fray

Fray, Dr. Fray, Ms. Fray, Mr. Fray, any of these names are fine for this extremely unusual... person. Is he a scientist, a doctor of some kind, or just a strange poseur? Most likely the former, as his house is home to many strange sounds, noises, and smells, to which their sources no one knows... and his hair isn't white on one half naturally, of course. Lightning strike, perhaps...
When he goes out into public, most of the things he can be heard saying are cryptic predictions or exclamations to those around him, then maniacal laughter as he leaves. He isn't one for friendships, but he does enjoy company nonetheless. He loves to carry candles around in test tubes, which, no matter how much he moves around, never extinguish. He likes to cook as well. Most of his dishes aren't exactly fit for something like Hell's Kitchen, though...
He lives down below the ground, on the coast of an underground cave that is mostly inhabited by creatures of unknown species, in a small, rickety house assumedly build by him. 

Relations:

• Nora and Noah live in the same cave he does, and needless to say they're a little weirded out by him. Not that Fray thinks that's a bad thing. They're still on relatively friendly terms with him, though.
