✩ By purchasing/ordering a design from me, I will be assuming you have read and agree to the terms on this form.

✩ I will never revoke a design that was paid for. The only time I will do so is if the design has been put under a chargeback, making it as if the transaction never occurred.

✩ Refunds will not be given once a design is purchased. You may resell at any time if desired.

✩ You MAY NOT use my designs for bigotry or hate speech of any kind. You MAY NOT use my designs for any pedophilic or incestous storylines. You will be blacklisted and banned from obtaining future designs.

✩ NSFW may not be made of any of my feral designs. Any other designs are free to be used however you like (with the proper tags!)

✩ You may resell/retrade/gift my design at any time after purchase. I just ask kindly that you do not raise the price if additional art is not added. (Personal art counts towards the worth! Just be reasonable with your pricing, please <3)

✩ I strongly discourage “forced buybacks or tradebacks” onto my designs. You may request them, but please do not force this onto a design you did not create.

✩ Redesigns are permitted, but please do not separate the redesign from my design and call it your own.

✩ You are permitted to create “sibling” designs for characters AS LONG AS you plan to keep them. This MAY NOT be done for profit.
✩ You MUST ask me permission before using my design in an adoptable grid.

✩ None of my designs may be made into Closed Species without my explicit and documented permission. As such, no Closed Species TOS overrides my own, this is not up for discussion.

✩ Any attempt to circumvent any of these rules will result in a hard blacklist and ban from obtaining any of my designs/artwork. This is non-negotiable.

✩ My blacklist is private, but may be asked for upon obtaining a design.
