Shallowtouch

shallowtouch is a light grey tabby molly. she has a mask of darker grey, along with her ears, paws, back and tail, stripes are present in these darker grey areas. she has a white muzzle, chest, underbelly, ear tips, paws and little dots under her amber eyes.

after being kicked out of her home and blinded, she gained many scars. these scars run along her eyes, side and back leg. her left ear was also torn in the battle.

at first shallowtouch was a cold and offstandish warrior. she was workaholic who was always on patrol or hunting. however she eventually melted and became much more open and kind. now shallowtouch is a motherly figure to her clan, allowing anyone to come and talk to her about their problems and helping them the best she can. though she can now be overprotective, scared of losing anyone as she did her brother. she’s also not that trusting of strangers outside her clan as well. she’s also still somewhat of a workaholic, though she’s learned to take breaks.

shallowtouch’s parents where named lilacblossom and crashfall. they were mates however, crashfall found out that lilacblossom was cheating on him. due to the fact shallowkit, and her brother rushkit looked like their mom it was unknown if crashfall or lilacblossom’s other mate is their biological father. crashfall was considered the father as lilacblossom’s other mate broke up with her and refused to do anything with shallowkit or her brother.

shallowkit’s parents where very neglectful and she and her brother where pretty much allowed to do what they wanted as no one was watching them. one day shallowkit and rushkit left camp to explore, however the two where found by a fox. rushkit was killed, while shallowkit was saved by a patrol that had found them while hunting. nothing much happened after that until she became a warrior.

while shallowtouch was hunting a younger warrior named oddroach had appeared and a conversation started up. shallowtouch was originally annoyed by the other warrior’s presence but she later came to care about the younger warrior, who began to she her as a motherly figure. she had began to call oddroach ‘oddgem’ as it was a name requested by the tom’s abusive parents. she later requested for her leader, sparrowstar to change it to oddgem.

soon after this caveclan was attacked by a group of rouges who have been bothering the clans for a while. in the battle shallowtouch was severely injured and blinded by a rouge named Akia when protecting oddgem. the clan was ran out and escaped to a junkyard. there she learned to fight and hunt once again, however she would never be as good as she once was. she also stopped oddgem from leaving the clan, as he felt it was his fault she was blinded. she later helped in regaining their own home. now that the rouges are gone, she can be more relaxed now, though she’s still wary of mireclan.

one day, shallowtouch was approached by oddgem’s biological parents, squirrelleaf and nuthaze about her relationship with oddgem. this resulted in a fight, and shallowtouch reported it too sparrowstar and squirrelleaf and nuthaze were exiled. however, they weren’t done, angry with their exile they attacked shallowtouch when she was on patrol with orangepoppy and oddgem. they managed to win, with shallowtouch killing squirrelleaf and running off nuthaze. however, orangepoppy was horribly injured and ended up dying. shallowtouch was absolutely devastated, but she’s trying her best to be there for oddgem.
