Personality: quiet, self-conscious, mischievous, a bit awkward, sometimes grumpy or blunt, introverted. Has a slight temper. He can get vengeful when people start getting on his nerves/ try to harm him. He has a soft spot though, and he only shows it to those who’ve earned his trust. Actually can be very loyal and loving when he wants to be.
Appearance:
-He is a medium/large-ish dog, coming in at around 40-50 pounds or so.
-Short coat and is very similar to a catahoula leopard dog in build.
-Small, low set drop ears with two stubby horns in between them.
-Has two unproportionally small bat wings with claws coming out of the joints. His shoulders/wing muscles are strong, but since the wing itself is so small, it is very difficult for him to fly.
-His tail is whip thin and about the length of his body. There is a small spike at the end.
-Eyes are a deep brown color but they can turn completely red depending on his mood or what angle the sunlight hits them.

About: Daemon is a bit of an odd fellow. Nobody is quite sure what he is or where he came from. Some say he’s half gargoyle. Some say he’s a hellhound. Daemon himself doesn’t even know for sure, but he claims that he’s half demon.
Unfortunately, being half-monster has made his life difficult. Most get scared and run away when they see him. Because of this, Daemon is mostly a loner. He’s no good at making friends so he sort of just lurks in the shadows and does his own thing.
He may seem antisocial at first. But once you get past his initial awkwardness, he does have a mischievous and fun loving side. He enjoys pranks and playing practical jokes on people (and most of the time, he’s sneaky enough to get away with it) His love of causing chaos has gotten him into a lot of trouble in the past though. When he was younger, Daemon was an arsonist. He made sure to never hurt anyone while setting things ablaze (he went as far as to pull a child out of a fire he started). But still, he has burned down plenty of monuments and buildings in his town just for the fun of it. (That and because of anger issues) Eventually though, people started getting suspicious of the fires. They hired detectives to investigate. Detectives and eye witnesses were able to put two and two together. So they called for cryptic hunters to go after Daemon. Daemon was forced into hiding, and he is slowly hiding his time and waiting for the hunters to give up the search.
Other: Halloween. The guy is obsessed with it. As he likes to say “Halloween is that one time of year when I can just walk around and be myself. And nobody questions it. Nobody questions the wings. Nobody questions the tail. Nobody runs away screaming. They all think it’s just a costume.” But of course, there’s more reasons than just that. Candy, for one. Candy is Daemons weakness. It’s his favorite food and he has an entire stash of it at his lair (house? Cave? Idk where this guy lives). From skittles to snickers; you name it, he’ll eat it. And a day where everybody starts handing it out for free? Forget it. He gets more excited than a six year old on Christmas. TBC
Powers:
-can fly but not very well
-can breath fire as long as he is not in/covered in water. His fire also tends to be weaker the colder it is. (He loses the ability to breath fire in anything below 15 Fahrenheit)
-has powerful night vision
Relationships-
Amber- close friend. She and Daemon met while Daemon was on the run from the cryptid hunters. He stumbled into her pumpkin farm one night, and Amber offered him refuge in her barn. She then waited for the hunters to arrive and then lied to them, saying that she saw “a monster flying into the woods”. The hunters bought it and followed the false lead she gave them. Amber offered to let Daemon hide out on her farm for a few days, and the two ended up becoming close friends. They bonded over their love of fall and halloween.
