At first glance, this toto is the exact definition of having one braincell. Both in behavior and seemingly appearance - he always seems to look like there's absoloutely nothing going on in behind that mask. But this is just a ploy !!! you fools !!!! He knows what he's doing and purposefully behaves this way in order for others to not suspect him - he's actually quite the little thief ! His thefts may seem random but he has many little gadgets and trinkets he's constantly working on and the items he steals usually has something to do with those gadgets. .....Sometimes he just goes feral for a shiny thing, too.
