1.1 DO NOT remove/delete my designs from toyhouse. you will be immediately blacklisted if you delete one of my designs.
1.2 designs can only be resold at equal or lesser value, including the price you bought the design at and the prices of any other art you've purchased of the character.
1.3 designs that were traded can only be traded for art and/or characters and have no monetary value

2.1 specifically for custom design commissions, included with the price are minor adjustments or added accessories.
2.2 for customs or adopts, you can make adjustments to your liking once the design is bought, but no heavy alterations can be made. it must still be recognizable to the original design
2.3 please credit me as the designer (either tennokorin or kobra) and do not claim that you designed the character.
2.4 you may resell, trade, or gift your design to other people. please try to notify me where the design is going and to resell at equal or lesser value, including the price you bought the design at and any other art you've purchased of the character.
2.5 you may also return the design to me/ask me if i'd like to buy the design back for personal use or to put up for sale.
2.6 if you intend to use your design in a project (written works such as books, comics, etc. or big drawn projects) please let me know first! i’ll most likely say yes.
