An airhead with a heart of gold, Celia always finds herself in some kind of situation. She's always up for helping in need, or just for the sake of being kind, but she's also very naive and typically tends to fall for tricks. It happens quite often, and Celia finds herself needing to get out of these situations or relying on her friends to help her out. Outside of that, Celia often spends her time with friends or in more social settings, as the energy in such settings bring her joy.
Those who know this lass personally will also know she rarely spends time by herself, but when she does, it tends to be in more quiet spaces without any signs of disturbance. But Celia is almost always trying to help someone out, so only very few know that about her. She's very friend-oriented and makes her friends and close ones her top priority.
Celia grew up in a not so healthy household. From a very young age she was told time and time again that space ponies were elite, and that in order to thrive, she'd need to find a partner to help her continue the bloodline. Her parents forced their beliefs and opinions onto her frequently, and tried to get her to follow in their hoofsteps and despise those who disagree. Naturally as she got older, she grew tired of the same conversation everyday and focused on things she herself cared about.
As time went on, both her parents noticed her behaviors and deemed them 'rebellious and disrespectful'. Soon enough, more of their beliefs were pushed onto Celia, and more frequently. Her mother would constantly try to set her up with different partners, but none ever really stuck. Due to this, it started messing with her mental state. Celia constantly felt like she wasn't good enough for her parents, begging and pleading she could be more like them as to not let them down. She believed they were right this whole time and she should act the same way.
After going through a period of her life where her mental state wasn't all that great, she believed that it was finally time to fix things. She began going on dates to appease her parents, faking her enthusiasm. Imagine her absolute happiness and fear when she realized she had fallen in love with another mare. After finding outthis information herself, she refused to tell her parents. She knew they wouldn't accept her, and thus returned the cycle of her begging to be more like her parents, wishing to be what she believed was 'normal'.
Unfortunately, this time around she couldn't handle the toxicity of her household plus the secret she had been hiding from her parents. Celia decided to run away. She didn't care if she had anything, or where she was going, or even if she wasn't gonna last in the streets for too long. She just needed an out.
Naturally, Celia had nowhere to go, so she walked through the nearby shops and gave a good look at what they all had to offer daily. On one of her trips to the shops, she ran into Galactia, andother space pony who she soon befriended.
- Because of her upbringing, Celia has developed both abandonment and trust issues.
- Celia has claustrophobia.
- No contact has been made with her parents since Celia ran away from home.

- Celia does identify as a bisexual, however she's still exploring her sexuality and allowing herself to be more open.

The first real friend Celia had made since she ran from home and whom is she very grateful for. While she is from a whole different community of space ponies, Galactia still gave Celia a place to stay and kept her healthy.
One of Galactia's friends who Celia seems to have quite an interest in. They were very kind and open-hearted when being introduced to Celia. They both can hold conversation well.
More like an advisor or guardian to Galactia. They had their suspicions about Celia originally, but has only dropped some. As a result of this they haven't really gotten to know each other very well, keeping their distance.
