Doppel Description
The doppel of cutting threads. It’s form is a death’s head hawkmoth. The master of this emotion simply wished for a better life, but fears that her actions are controlling others, and wishes to be free. To give it’s master relief, the doppel puppets the master, and acts on her behalf, though it tends to be overzealous in it’s actions. Instead of simply severing the red string of fate that ties it’s master to others, it goes beyond this, and severs any other individual’s connection to life. The master of this emotion secretly wishes to get closer to her doppel’s victims, but does not believe that she has the strength to stop what she believes fate has already decreed, and simply hangs lifeless.
- (Slightly Meta) Samara accidentally ended up looking like myself (the author). Everyone else I saw (quite literally) in my dreams, but Samara's face was always obscured somehow, like every time I tried to focus on her face I just...couldn't. So I filled in what I could, and she ended up looking like a self-insert. Whoops.
