• do not sell to anyone without a toyhouse, I will blacklist you so fast.
• use accurate ownership logs when transferring to a new owner
• do not claim ownership over my designs or art
• do not resell them for a higher price than what you got them for, unless paid comms are added
• do NOT resell for currency if you got an oc through trade and do not convert currencies (ie if you got a chara through amino coins do not resell for $)
• do not use my designs for anything racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, islamophobic, or otherwise discriminatory
• commercial rights not included unless discussed. additional fees may apply.
