Percy Toivonen

BIO

Percy is a strict manager, making sure everything goes correctly, which is hard when there's magenta-haired workers (just one) at your establishment. He does have a soft spot for one employee, but his AI is rather stoic and awkward. He also has a soft spot for kids, treating them nicer than his employees. He’s pretty organized as well. At certain moments, Percy tends to become despondent, although it seems that he handles it by himself. He's rather distant, otherwise.

Percy was ordered from the same company as Charon, despite TabbyKat's Playground's founder, Willemina, being warned of how faulty he is, being the last in his model lane. Willemina has a soft spot for Percy and has left specific instructions to the mechanics for him. Percy usually patrols around the establishment and the surveillance room. 

Most prominent in his design is his defunct phone head, which is missing its last row of buttons. This leads to Percy having to use actual phones, to his dismay. He seems slightly behind in times.

APPEARANCE

Percy has a dark blue touch-tone telephone for his head and like Charon, he is also made of reinforced steel. His body parts turn as well as a Barbie doll's joints. He tends to wear striped clothes under his choice of suit. Otherwise... he really doesn't change his clothes. He doesn't like ties or any neck accessory.

• He usually talks very monotone, but his movements are very expressive. He has trouble expressing his emotions, so his movements are key to decoding his true feelings.
• Originally was based off of Principal of the Thing from BBIEAL, but I'd say the only things kept were the monotone + some of his design
