Global Rules

By buying adopts of mine you accept to fullfil ALL THE RULES. Once the payment is recibed, I’ll sent to the costumer the unwatermark version of the adopt. 

🚫DO NOT🚫 

• No matter if you get one design of mine with money, trade or DTA. Is ABSOLUTLEY FORBIDDEN ANY NFT of my designs.
• No RESALE for a higher price unless you commissioned art for it. (if cost 5 + 15 in comms = you can only sell it for 20 OR LESS)
• You CAN’T use the adopts you bought form me in ANY CONTEST. (You bought it, but you didn’t design it.) 
• You CAN’T retraded right after you get it. 
• No asking for character/art trades, unless I ask for it. 
• NO selling a design of mine that you got throught TRADE (art/ocs)
• Do not COPY, STEAL, TRACE or HEAVELY REFERENCE my designs. 
• (TH) It’s forbidden to erase the character page and create a new one, i want to have the record of all transfers of my adopts.
• Don’t bid if you don’t have the money. No holds

• Paypal ONLY
• Serious buyers ONLY.
• NO holds.
• Don't change the design drastically.
• Do not retract/hide your bid/comment. Is anoying, and may result in blacklisting for adopts
• Credit me for the design wherever you post it.
• (DTA) NO art sketches in exchange of my designs (at least flat coloured headshoot).
• I have the right to reject art or ocs. This isn’t FCFS.
• NO REFUNDS 
• You can claim be the owner of the design, but NOT the original creator. 
• If you no longer want the adopt (you want to sell or trade the character), give it back ONLY TO ME. 
• For PERSONAL use only + (for commercial use will have to pay a minimun amount of 20$)**
• PLEASE, if you’re not going to use them, don’t ask to get them, i would like that my designs whoever gets them are actually used. Not just be left behind. 🥺

❗️If you see anyone breaking any of these rules, please tell me, i won’t bite.

❗️Break any of these rules means that you will be added to my Blacklist.
