Likes: Money, food, all-you-can-eat buffets, horror movies, gothic things, being alone, long naps, and free things.

Dislikes: Interacting with others, "false" all-you-can-eat buffets (aka all of them that kick him out), small talk, waking up early, cutesy things, and pop music.

Personality: Bismuth is always tired, hungry, and unmotivated. While he will complete his job when he's supposed to (or when he's paid to do so), Bismuth usually laments on how nothing really matters. His depressed demeanor could easily be caused by his job as a reaper, but there is evidence that he was like this before officially becoming a reaper. Despite his appetite and need for new pants, Bismuth will rarely lower his prices do to some strong love of money, but he is unaware that his high prices are the reason for his general lack of business. He occasionally shows a fascination with morbid things and has a strong love of horror. He's not very fond of interacting with others, and does not emote much when doing so. He appears to have a bottomless stomach (hence why he is so hungry all the time) and has been kicked out of several all-you-can-eat buffets.

History: Bismuth got into the reaper business at a young age. While he initially was passionate about his job, he eventually had a downward spiral that left him depressed and antisocial, but this could be blamed on the nature of the job. Bismuth also learned how to break curses in his youth and some minor dark magic. At some point in the past, Bismuth encountered Shine and Luna, who are the ones to initially recommend Bismuth to the heroes when they suddenly need a reaper's help. He has high prices for his assistance, which may be the reason why he's poor in the first place. At some point, he sold his pants for food. Why he sold his pants before his shoes is a mystery to everyone.

Current-Bio: Bismuth currently works as a reaper and can be hired to help guide souls to the afterlife or break curses. He usually works solo, but sometimes teams up with his fellow reapers Cobalt and Quartz. The heroes occasionally attempt to hire him, but are usually put off by his absurd prices (ironically he's supposedly got cheap prices for a reaper) and his antisocial personality. At some point, the heroes attempt to help Bismuth get his life together with mixed results.

Meta-History: Bismuth was created in 2016, and was originally a one-off character that designed because I needed a reaper character for a plot. He ended up being more developed than I thought he would so I've since decided to officially make him a character. idk why I named him Bismuth since he doesn't really resemble it much, but considering that bismuth can look both like this: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia… and this static.greatbigcanvas.com/imag… maybe it fits as he could look and feel a lot better about himself with some effort and life changes.

Relationships with Other Characters:

Shine: Shines considers Bismuth to be a friend, but Bismuth is unaware of this.

Cobalt: Bismuth and Cobalt are both reapers who occasionally work together, but they don't always get along.

Quartz: Bismuth is usually annoyed by Quartz, but will occasionally work with her.
