My designs have no limits and any restrictions for characteristics, stories, etc. I only advise you to credit me at least once when you are posting the design in another site that is not Toyhouse. I will allow NSFW/Gore/Etc. content of the design as it is really up to the person that currently owns the design. The design can be also used for commercial purposes but please tell me beforehand as i would like to be aware of that. You are free to redesign the design as much as you want, i do not mind. If you wish to make designs inspired or referenced off of my designs, it is ok, please just do not try and make a blatant copy of the design in question. My character design tradeability is set to (cannot transfer) as i would lessen the chances of my designs being involved in scams. if you would like me to change the status for a specific character, make sure to message my account Mikalee

DO NOT

• Make your own terms for the design once you are trading/selling (e.g adding a rule of the design to not have their name/background/etc changed)
• Steal or plagiarize my designs
• sell the design unless you have actually put some monetary expenses to it. If you have received the design for free or through trade, you are to not sell the design.
• claim my designs to be made by you, in the case of it being redesigned, credit to me for the original design would be appreciated.
• Using the design with no permission, if you do not own the design then you cannot use them in any way.
• Use my designs for malicious purposes. (propaganda/glorification of horrible things/enticing real life action of crime/NFT)
• If the case that someone whom owns a design of mine gives the character a rather sensitive/extreme backstory please do not harass anyone, be aware that the design is a character, in no way do i justify the topics and themes of the design. The judgement for the person who owns my design is not up to me but please do not bother them.
