Actually a human, but ever since she was born souls liked to be near her and she got used to it. Actually appreciates the company. This made her really interested on all paranormal stuff as you can imagine.
The floating eyes around them are other souls that became bond of the girl, Delic consider herself as more than one so she always speak of "we" but doesn't minds others addressin her as They/She.
She's usually chill but cold towards anyone who's not important to them.
The ghosts don't have individual names/a voice, but Delic likes to call them peekers
The little ghosts however are not harmful but they are little brats (Actually getting their mischievous energy encouraged by Delic) they like to play around with other's stuff so if you lost something there's a chance they took it, sometimes even taking whatever they liked as a present to Delic. They can't touch living people but they can haunt unanimated objects, also taking turns on who's haunting the hat Delic wears all the time, they're also super protective of her and will make your life a livivng nigthmare if you dare do or try anything bad at her. People who know about that usualy keep their distance! so she doesn't has lots of friends as you can expect (not that She cares)
