created from the storm clouds Otsanda and Miura loomed over, she can partially control the weather and has electrokinesis, she’s also Diah’s “lover” though the two haven’t actually settled on a term for their relationship yet

long ago, originally she was an enemy to diah as the two had differing ideals, while diah wanted to protect and live amongst humanity, cloud wanted to rule over them and if they ruined their home once more she believed it was best to get rid of the mortal species entirely, the two went to war one another but were both subdued by areia and departed from the gods with her instead
