Kinneret

Kinneret is derived from a Hebrew word which means harp. Her mother had a Hebrew name and her father simply liked the way it sounded. The meaning didn't have much sway in the decision. The decision to give her a name of Hebrew origin was actually her fathers idea. He had wanted to honor her mother and pass on more of her heritage. Razshamira, her mother, comes from a time before the lions and therefore a time before they used their current language. A dying language in favor of more modern dialects but still very precious to her. While she doesn't have any connection with the old world beside her mother, she's still intrigued of her names origin. Often to the point of asking her mother to teach her a bit of the language so she may one day pass it on to her own children, should she have any.
