Though many claim the role of a bounty hunter, few actually excel at the profession save those with a keen eye for observation. Among the adept are those who are truly gifted, having an almost preternatural talent for anticipating the behavior of their targeted mark. Being among their ranks, you have an uncanny ability to recall specific details of conversation and names you overhear or participate in as it relates to your bounty, or otherwise see written, even if only for a moment or two. You can also sketch out faces and general locations you've seen with accuracy, possessing exceptional recollection. In addition, you often effortlessly identify clues when tracking your bounty's movements and disposition that would be otherwise lost on lesser pursuers.

Sharpshooter
You have mastered ranged weapons and can make shots that others find impossible. You gain the following benefits: Attacking at long range doesn’t impose disadvantage on your ranged weapon attack rolls. Your ranged weapon attacks ignore half cover and three-quarters cover. Before you make an attack with a ranged weapon that you are proficient with, you can choose to take a –5 penalty to the attack roll. If the attack hits, you add +10 to the attack’s damage.

Rite of the Dawn
As a bonus action, imbue a weapon to strike for 1d6 extra radiant damage, with an additional 1d6 damage vs undead. You also have resistance to necrotic damage and your weapon sheds bright light out to a radius of 20 feet. On activating the rite, you take 1d6 damage. Rite damage is magical and lasts while you hold the weapon or until you complete a short/long rest.

Blood Curse of Exposure
When a creature you can see within 30 feet is hit by an attack or spell, you can use your reaction to temporarily weaken their resilience against it. Until the end of the turn, the target loses resistance to the damage types of the triggering attack or spell. Amplify. The target instead loses invulnerability to the damage types of the triggering attack or spell, having resistance to them until the end of the turn.

Brand of Castigation
Whenever you damage a creature with your Crimson Rite feature, you can choose to sear an arcane brand of hemocraft magic into it. You always know the direction to the branded creature, and each time the branded creature deals damage to you or a creature you can see within 5 feet of you, the creature suffers 2 psychic damage. Your brand lasts until you dismiss it, or you apply a brand to another creature.

A creation of her mother's that she has kept up & improved on over the years. Currently inscribed with the words "See No Evil", "Hear No Evil", and "Speak No Evil" on each barrel - "blessing" of the Elder God, Plectrum.

Rifle [ ranged 120/480 ]
Originally owned by her father, a rifleman of Whitestone, and modified by her mother. She doesn't tinker with this one as much, has made very few adjustmets over the years.

Cloth Armor [ AC 11+ dex ]
She can't wear anything heavier than maybe some leather, due to needing to move with her guns, so she opts for basically a heavy cloth overcoat. Her clothing covers her from neck to toe- a high collared shirt under her coat, both long-sleeved, long pants & high boots. Full glove on left hand, archer's glove on her right (shooting hand).

Holy Symbols [ none? ]
She carries on her the holy symbols once owned by her parents-- the symbol of The Dawn Father from her father & the symbol of The Everlight from her mother. She uses them in prayer & keeps them close, but to her knowledge she has never drawn power from them.

Billie is a tall, dark-skinned female human with slightly dreadlocked black hair, often pulled back. Her entire body is covered in scars, but she wears total coverage clothing to hide it (but you can still see the scares on her hands & one prominent scar across her left cheek). Dark brown, almost black eyes. The clothing she wears is usually black or dark brown, high collars, long sleeves, long pants & high boots. Typically wears a long dark over-coat with a high collar, wide-brimmed black hat, and carries her rifle on her back (pistol/revolver on her hip). She'll often also wear archer's gloves, and she has two holy symbols around her neck- one of the Dawnfather & one of the Everlight.

History (WIP)

Her father was a retired rifleman of Whitestone, and her mother was an tinkerer/inventor. Her father had fought as a young man against the last supporters of the Briarwoods, and her mother had been a refugee from Emon after its fall. They met in Whitestone & had Billie a little later in life. Her memories of them are somewhat foggy, but she has no memory of living in Whitestone, only of being in Emon as the elite attempted to rebuild what had once been the Cloudtop District. She remembered well-off families, having fine clothes & going to parties. But she also remembered at home they had no furniture. They would sometimes go days without a meal. She slept with her parents on a mattress of straw on the floor. But still, in public, they had the appearance of money. One day after coming inside from play, Billie saw her parents lying on the floor. There was a looming creature standing over them, with large horns & bat-like wings, and he was speaking about a debt. There was a scream, a flash of light, and the next thing Billie remembered was waking up in an orphanage nearly a year later. According to people she spoke to later in life, she had spent that year in a catatonic-like state, barely doing more than breathing, eating & sleeping. She has no memories of it, or how she aquired the scars that covered her entire body. When she aged out of the orphanage, she was given the only belongings that had been found with her at her parent's home. Her father's old rifle & a pistol her mother had modified, as well as two holy symbols that she recognized-- her father's symbol of the Dawnfather & her mother's symbol of the Everlight. She had been raised to follow them both. Through her younger years, Billie studied all she could about demons & devils. She was determined at first to exact revenge on whatever had taken her parents from her. But as she studied, she learned many devils enslave their victims, so now she doesn't know if she's trying to avenge them.. or rescue them. She doesn't hold out much hope for the later, but she has made it her mission to rid Exandria of every demon she can until she finds the one responsible for her parents disappearance.
Updated--- In traveling with a group of mercinaries & sellswords, hired by a shady boss in Emon, Billie met the elder god, Plectrum. He & his companion, Mic Enzie, informed her that they had been familiar with her mother, Norma Jean. She had been involved with something dark, and had struck a deal with an entity called Orthax, and it seemed the deal in some way involved Billie. The scars across her body were intended to hide a mark he left on her. After traveling with the group out to the Alabaster Sierras, and slaying a young red shadow dragon, Billie finds herself in the city of her birth- Whitestone. She has been researchign Orthax since her arrival (as it was also connected with Percival Frederickstien Von Mussel Kowolski De Rolo III).

Personality

Billie is generally stern & serious. She doesn't have a great sense of humor. Hunting demons your entire life tends to make one a little jaded & pessimistic. She has a relatively bleak outlook on almost everything, but she doesn't want to. She wants to believe in good, light, and the triumph of life. She believes in them, but she doesn't think it's in her cards to enjoy those things for herself. Her occupation takes her to low, dark & soul-sucking places where evil, demons & devils thrive. She wants to make these places a distant memory & if she can prevent even one child from growing up in a world like the one she's come to know, it will have been worth it. Death & suffering seem to surround her, so she's learned to not become too attatched to anyone or anything. She has very little patience for sinners & anyone not in the pursuit of stomping out evil. Her only comforts are her religious studies & connection to the Dawnfather (Pelor) & the Everlight (Sarenrae).
