Message in a Bottle

Simone was born to low nobility and being the only female in the age range of the King's son was selected to become a bride to Prince Merrick. While most would find this a dream come true, Simone struggled to adopt to what was expected of her as her new title would mean she had to relinquish certain freedoms.

Her wayward antics would lead her to meet Taidgh, Merrick's half brother and scandal King Tristan was trying to cover. Instead of fearing the young hybrid however she became determined to befriend him and eventually fall in love.

Through the years Simone would make a habit of ditching Merrick to visit with Taidgh and find ways to sneak him from his confinement deep within the catacombs. With him she would remain adventurous, wayward and determined to help better his situation. With some help from Yaotl, she would later be responsible for the death of King Tristan in an attempt to put and end to his abuse once and for all.

This only gave Simone and Taidgh a brief moment of peace before Merrick stepped into his father's place and prove to me just a cruel if not more so. Merrick would demand he and Simone marry right away and simultaneously Simone would become pregnant with Taidg's child. After an attempt to frame his brother for the death of their mother, Merrick would sentence Taidgh to be executed much in the same way his father, Malius, was. After soem planning and help, Simone would participate in helping Taidgh to escape.

With Taidgh free and making plans to go off planet Simone would be face with a choice to lie and raise her child in the saftey of Lua or risk joining her lover on a grand adventure. Knowing they could very well be hunted she opted to stay on Lua and raise their son Mordekai under Merrick's name, managing to make him believe he was the true father. This would cause a rift to grow between Taidgh and Simone as she informed him of her choice after introducing him to his son for the first time.

Personality: In her youth Simone was bold, confident and very self reliant. She was a bit of a wayward spirit and friendly to those outside her social class. As she grew older she became more reserved and worn as her actions and worries lay heavy on her mind. Regretting her choices she would often fantasize about the grand adventure she passed up.

Abilities: Like all Kotakura Sphynx's, Simone has the ability to transform into a siren. 

Trivia: 

• Her maiden name means "From The Streets" 

• Her Father was a knight and earned his nobility by serving the kingdom. 

• The necklace she most often wears is blue sea glass she had wired wrapped. it was a gift from Taidgh when they were kids. 

• Simone's ears have soft cartilage, making them learn forward or to the side slightly. This makes her ears appear to sit on her head lazily or heavily but she can emote them normally with effort.
