TBN's Ownership

PAYMENT:

• Payment is expected in its entirety upfront before I can begin your artwork.
• Exceptions to this are made for large orders such as PMV commissions or select bulk orders.
• Full refunds are not offered for semi-completed or fully completed art.
• Partial refunds may be requested during the process if you are dissatisfied with the sketch.
• I am allowed to cancel and refund/partial refund your order for any reason.
• If I cancel your commission I am allowed to auction off whatever concept I came up with for the piece.
  
  

PROCESS:

• I send WIPS of sketch work, linework, color work, and then the finished product.
• Any edits made after the linework (unless by error on my part) will cost an additional fee.
  
  

ARTWORK USAGE:

• You are not allowed to use art commissioned by me for commercial use unless I explicitly allow it and agreed to it before the commission was started and payment was taken.
• You are allowed to crop and/or edit your commission (without defacing the art) for personal use of any kind.
• Crediting me for commissions is not required but I greatly appreciate it. 
• You are not under any circumstance allowed to mint any commission by me into a NFT.
  
  

ADOPTS:

• Any adopt made by me comes with a 5usd or 5% (whichever is greater) discount on any commission I offer as long as I am taking that type of commission.
• You are not required to notify me of character sales.
• Discount follows character not buyer, and is limited to the character.
• DM for LKO (litchi kitti originals) specific information. 

ARTWORK REVAMP SERVICE: 

• You are now allowed to request I redo a piece of artwork that is 6 months or older for 50% off of the current sale price.
  • Ex: You ordered a headshot 1 year ago. If you ask me to revamp it, and I now charge 60usd for a similar headshot, you will pay 30usd for me to revamp it.
• Requests will be honored if I have time and am open for commissions.
  You do not need to be the person who originally paid for the commission, but you may be denied this service if the conditions are not acceptable. Feel free to ask.
