this guy's fuckin crazy!
frankie is a self-made zombie who is obsessed with attaining immortality. intricate, mysterious mechanisms within his body keep him alive, but he's effectively a living corpse. he has to replace his own body parts with those he "borrows" from others, otherwise his limbs will rot right off his body! that sounds pretty bad, but it's just a minor inconvenience to him.
their pseudo-immortality makes them feel superior to other humans. they basically have no respect for anyone but themselves and are more than a little unhinged. they keep this on the down-low with the help of their charisma and a silver tongue. the creepy grin that never leaves their face is a good clue, though.
despite being a textbook halloween monster, frankie doesn't believe in the supernatural. she persistently attempts to explain anything and everything using her idea of science (AKA weird BS no one understands besides her). she remains unwavering even in the face of vampires, demons, witches, etc., for better or worse.
their gender is as much a mystery as the strange mechanisms by which they are kept alive... they'd never tell even if you asked.

victoria: terrible vermin that exists purely to annoy him. tolerates her anyway
red: a minor threat... frankie acts very cooperative without actually helping him
